On Wednesday February 26, 2025 we were honored to have Sensei Tsunoda Natsumi visit and practice with us. Sensei Inoue Kosei was also present and worked out with the children.

Sensei Tsunoda Natsumi is the 2024 Olympic Gold Medalist for Japan in the 48kgs division. She is also a three time World Champion and most recently won Gold at the IJF Baku Grand Slam.

She demonstrated her tokui wazaTomoe Nage and also several combinations she uses with it. She practiced randori with many of the juniors and stayed after to sign lots of autographs and take pictures with everyone.
