We had the privilege of hosting a clinic by Kosei Inoue, an Olympic Champion and three-time World Champion. Throughout the clinic, Inoue demonstrated his favorite techniques of uchimata, ouchi gari, and osoto gari. He emphasized the key aspects of each throw, how to use them effectively as combinations, and how to adjust the techniques against a same side or opposite side player.
